Beat the Heat with Frozen Yogurt Cups

These two-ingredient frozen yogurt cups are a simple and impressive treat to serve guests or kids in the sweltering summertime. The best part? They’re as easy to prepare as they are to eat — at home or on the go. Better yet, since they’re frozen, they’re great for making ahead of time and keep  in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

While our Silicone Baking Cups are designed to fit into muffin pans, we discovered they’re also perfect molds for frozen yogurt cups.

1 cup plain yogurt (you can use flavored yogurt for a twist)

1¼ cup chopped assorted fruits (we used strawberries, blueberries and blackberries)

  1. On a baking sheet lay out 12 silicone muffin cups. Scoop yogurt into each cup.
  2. Place a few pieces of fruit into each cup, pressing them down into the yogurt. Place the tray of cups into the freezer and freeze until the yogurt is firm
  3. Once frozen, pop out the cups and serve or place into an airtight container or plastic bag and store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
